H.R. Srinivasan, an Honours in Maths with MA[Public Administration] is also an MBA with 20 years of experience in the logistics sector. He started his career with Indian Railways and moved on to the private sector in 1993 as Executive Director of Shriram Group and served as South Asia MD for Sembcorp Logistics, Singapore. He was instrumental in setting up their Indian arm to conceptualize the integrated logistics business. He served as MD of Temasek Capital, the investment wing of the Singapore Government. He also served as the Director and CEO of PSA India, a global leader in container ports. He is the founder of Take Solutions Limited, a supply chain technology company. He is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He is one of the key members of the CII National Committee on Logistics and a member of the advisory board of the CII Institute of Logistics. He serves as President of the Chennai Chapter of TiE [The Ind US Entrepreneurs].
